Roll Slitter
Freely able to change the direction of rotation and the cutting forward speed and slitting can be easily performed by setting the optimum conditions. Also, by fixing the inside and outside of the material with a stable chuck pressure, you can get a beauty cut surface. Suitable for film, foil, metal, double-sided tape, adhesive tape, rubber, non-woven fabric, paper, glass fiber, fiber, leather, tarpaulin, composite material, foaming agent, vinyl and carbon sheet.
Film Roll Slitter
Freely able to change the direction of rotation and the cutting forward speed and slitting can be easily performed by setting the optimum conditions. Also, by using a mechanical shaft that includes the shaft and fixes it, a highly accurate cut surface is obtained. Suitable for adhesive film, thermal transfer film, various PP/PE films, vinyl sheet, rubber sheet, leather, resin materials in general, paper, tarpaulin and other hard winding materials.
Heat Cutting Machine
Blade temperature, blade angle and running speed, you can select whether to attach importance to the cutting surface or the cutting surface and realize the optimum heat cutting for the material. KINDAI original round-blade unit heat-cuts beautifully without applying unreasonable resistance to the cutting surface, without causing waviness, and suppressing swelling of the welding surface. Suitable for wiping cloths, curtains, banners, printed flags, belt cores, blanket edging tape, ribbon tape and mesh.
Sewing Machine for Both Sides
Japanese first Sewing Machine for Both Sides that supports Senshu and Imabari towels with a long history. Normally, only the right sewing machine is sewn, but KINDAI machine is also equipped with a left sewing machine and simultaneously sew both ears at the same time. By sewing simultaneously on the left and right sewing machines, you can achieve efficient and stable sewing. Suitable for towels, sheets, blankets, scarves, curtains, carpets, etc.
Winding Machine
The roll wound in a long length is wound (rewound) to the desired length. Since the winding tension can be controlled constantly, the winding hardness can be adjusted by adjusting the winding uniformly. Also, because the switches are integrated on the front, various operation settings such as winding speed setting and measuring stop setting are good and work efficiency is pursued.
