KINDAI history began with the manufacture and sale of household and industrial sewing machines, beginning with the request for overhaul of sewing machines. After many years of research, we have developed automatic sewing machine for the towel industry. This automatic sewing machine supports the "Senshu Towel", which boasts a history of about 130 years, and the world brand "Imabari Towel", even today.
Slitter is that slits the material rolled into a roll with a single blade. A display can be easily set according to the width and number of cuts, allowing beginner and women to operate with peace of mind.
While rolling with roll to roll, by heat to the round blade of our original mechanism installed on multiple sheets, it beautifully welds without generating waviness on the cut surface and prevents fraying cleanly.
Normally, only the right sewing machine is sewn, but our machine is also equipped with a left sewing machine and simultaneously sew both ears of the towel at the same time. By sewing simultaneously on the left and right sewing machines, you can achieve efficient and stable sewing.

Freely able to change the direction of rotation and the cutting forward speed and slitting can be easily performed by setting the optimum conditions. Also, by fixing the inside and outside of the material with a stable chuck pressure, you can get a beauty cut surface. Winding Machine
